mRNA sequence: AUGUUGGAGAGUCGUAA
tRNA sequence:   UACAACCUCUCAGCAUU

Basically, A on the mRNA strand binds with a free U nucleotide.
C on the mRNA strand binds with G
G on the mRNA strand binds with C.
U on the mRNA binds with A.

[Answer: tRNA sequence:   UACAACCUCUCAGCAUU]

Also, tRNA recognizes only three-base pair segments in the mRNA.  So which section of the mRNA are you talking about?
