I heard a rumor about a chemical being so fatal that it can make a human being turn into a liquid. Could someone tell me if there is such a thing? If there is, can someone please give me the name of this chemical? Thanks. Upwards Arrow

I'm not sure which chemical they were talking about but there are chemicals like Hydrochloric Acid is pretty strong but Hydrofluoric seems to be even more powerful and extremely dangerous. I think Hydrofluoric acid is a carborane superacid.

no. there are acids that can burn through you skin and bones, but not technically turn you to liquid...
