I am doing a science project that involves comparing parts of a school to parts of a cell I need something in a school that is like an Endoplasmic reticulum and something that is like a Lysosome and reasons why (i've already used library, students, office, main entrance, gym, cafeteria and custodians..)

Lysosome = bins or cleaners which remove the waste
ER = corridors through which the students move.

Actually you can compare the Endoplasmic reticulum with the place the students take food and beverages from.
The ER is the organelle that provide the cell with membranic material for all kinds of intracellular or cellular membranes.

The Lysosome can be compared with the Chemistry class, if there is one in your school. I mean, a chemistry class with bench for experiments. This is because in the lysosome many-high toxic and dangerous, but vital for the rest of the cell-procedures take place just like how understanding chemistry is fundamental for our lives.
