rough endoplacmic reticulum contain ribosomes and are site of protein synthesis
smooth endoplasmic reticulum dont contain ribosomes and are site of lipid synthesis
ribosomes contain proteins
golgi body is your packaging and delivery organelle

All are structures involved in synthesis of biomolecules. All but ribosomes are membranous structures. Ribosomes may be free or attached to ER, making it rough.
