The phone will be reset, the password will be gone, all your contacts, phone numbers, SMS and email mesages, and third-party applications, calendar, etc. will all be gone.

The phone will be like you just took it fresh out of the box.

If you have a backup of your Blackberry on your PC, you should be able to restore the information.
