sum n=7 to 15 {[n C 15] * (.7)^n * (.3)^(15-n)}

Add all the binomial probabilities from 7 through 15, which is what that formula means.

Binomial situation with n = 15 and p = 0.7

P(7 or more) = 1 - P(6) - P(5) . . . - P(2) - P(1) - P(0)

P(6) = (15C6)*0.7^6*0.3^9 = 0.0116 (4 dec. pl.)

I'll leave you to work out the probabilitites for 5 to 0 and subtract them all from 1.
