Pretty sure it's IP3 (inositol tris-phsophate) and I ain't sure if its the same for each receptor sorry.

The M1, M3 and M5 muscarinic receptors use IP3 and activation increases intracellular calcium.  The M2 and M4 subtypes use cAMP as second messenger.
