The mass of carbon dioxide produced from run "A" is 0.055 g. Based on the balanced equation:
HCO3?(aq) + H+(aq)  H2O(l)+CO2(g)

According to the equation, you are supposed to get 1 mol or 44g of carbon dioxide if you started with one mole of sodium bicarbonate.

Since you only got 0.55g of CO2, you have .55/44 = 0.0125 mol.

Therefore, you started off with 0.0125 mol sodium carbonate.
