I'm doing a report on Gregor Mendels and it say that in one of his tests one in for peas had purebred recessive alleles and i think it might mean two identical purebred genes, but i'm not sure. CAn you please explain what it means or tell me if i'm right? By the way, i'm in 8th grade so please use terms that i will be able to understand. thanks
