CuBr4^2- + 4 H2O <> Cu(H2O)4^2+ + 4Br-

My assumption according to Le Chatelier's principle is that the equilibrium will shift toward the green (CrBr4^2-) to compensate for the added (Br). Am I off???

No. You are correct. The additional Br^- ions will force the equilibrium to the left.
