no it is only based on how many calls you make. btw it's not even certain that bumble bees are being killed by cell phones.

Insects are totally unaffected by cell phone signals and in fact are vastly more resistant to all forms of radiation than humans are.  There is no credible evidence that people are affected by cell phone signals.
