There are literally millions of myelinated motorfibers in mammals, and no single one has been identified as the largest.  In general, the motorneurons of the lumbar ventral spinal cord are larger than others.  As a rule, the largest neuron spawns the largest axon, and all motor axons are myelinated.  Though these are not the fastest fibers, they are the longest, stretching from the mid-back to the feet, at the extreme, and thus require very extensive insulation.
