deionized water from a wash bottle was added to wash down the wall of the receiving flask during the titration. how does this affect the reported molar concentration of the saturated Na2s2o3 solution thiosulfate solution ?

The bleach is diluted but beyond the 100 ml mark in the volumetric flask. Will the percent "available chlorine" calculated after the analysis be reported too high or too low ?

Pleaseeeeee help the lab is called bleach analysis

If you added water to your Na2S2O3 solution, you've diluted it and its molar concentration is less than the specified concentration.  If your NaClO soution is also diluted, the amount of Cl you report will be lower than the true concentration.
