The standard deviations for data inmy biology experiment ( determining the average day for seed germination ) was approximately 1.5 ( the mean day of germination was around 5.1 days) What does this say about my data? Is this a low standard deviation?

Does it mean there was no/ not many confounding variables affecting my data?

Thanks for helping, in advance =]
