I have heard that Koreans' ear's are producing more wax as a result of evolution, and that because of the technology advances that lead to increased usage of telephones, gameboys and portable playstations among children, their vertebral column is slowly bending as seen increasingly by physicians analyzing X-rays. What else is being noticed as recent evidence to evolution??

This is not how evolution works. Evolution works by natural selection, where nature selects those that are best suited to live in their environment to pass on their genes. If you continually bend your back as a result of technology, this trait won't be passed on to your offspring if you happen to reproduce.

True. Are there any other pieces of information regarding evolution in modern day humans?
