Answers will vary but should include the following points:
France grows a variety of foods while Morocco relies on imports for variety; additionally, the requirements of halal (Islamic dietary law) require rituals associated with killing the animal for meat. Dining traditions in Morocco include low tables, no silverware, and little conversation. Men may eat prior to women and children. Food is eaten from communal bowls after hand-washing with either regular or rose water, and a green tea beverage is traditional. French dining includes haute cuisine, wine, silverware, and a level of conversation/recreation associated with many food courses.
