In a click farm, computers breakdown at an average of 5 machines per hour according to a Poisson distribution. The computers aren't repaired, the technician simply unplugs the keyboard and monitor and slides a new disposable computer in its place. The downtime for each breakdown is ten minutes.

On average, how many click farm workers are in the system either being assisted or waiting in line to be helped?
