A female client has the following drugs ordered: theophylline by mouth,albuterol (venoline) by inhaler,atrovent by inhaler, and Flovent by inhaler. She is very short of breath which one should she take first

Albuterol is not a steroid it is a beta adrenergic agonist and thus is a bronchodilator
