Why would you use a single-group, time-series design instead of a randomized control-group design for a program evaluation?
A) A time-series design covers more time and therefore is more accurate.
B) A control group may not be ethical or feasible in the program you wish to evaluate.
C) The type of data you plan to collect can only be analyzed in terms of a time-series design.
D) There is no reason to use the lower-constraint, single-group, time-series design.
