LOL you mean delta? okay...

18:1c delta 11

c stands for cis and the 11 tells us that there is a cis bond at the the 11 carbon (so between 11 and 12).

Saturated means it doesn't have any double bonds and Tm is the solid-liquid phase transition temp, so look for a fatty acid that is solid at temperatures <30oC
