If you are doing a dihybrid you must have two genes for different traits.
PP, Pp, pp -  ear shape: Pointy-P, Round-p
TT, Tt, tt   -  leg length: Tall-T, short-t

A dihybrid cross then is when both parents are heterozygous at each gene loci.
PpTt x PpTt

Each parent can donate gametes with one allele from each gene - PT, Pt, pT or pt.
The 4 possible gametes are the labels for the boxes on top and side of the punnet square with 16 boxes.

Because it is a DIhybrid cross, it involves TWO genes, such as A and B,  A dihybrid cross of those two genes would be AaBb x AaBb.  The gametes of EACH would be AB, Ab, aB, and ab, so the Punnett square would be a 4x4:  the 4 gametes are written across the top and down the side:
______AB______Ab______aB_____ _ab
AB__AABB_____________________ __________
Ab___________________________ ______
aB___________________________ ______
ab___________________________ ______

Now, just fill in the other 15 boxes...
