I am sad because I don't have the confidence to do well. I need some because now I can't concentrate or study for some reason.

Well, if you're in AP Bio, then you're obviously smart enough to do well in a science class. Biology really isn't that hard, and a lot of it is common sense. Just concentrate as much as you can to study before the exam, and you will do fine. Good luck!
