If the veins in the leaves are parallel like in lawn grass or lillies, it would be a monocot.  If not it's a dicot.   Take a look,. or look at a picture.

Edit:   I hoped to make you think or look at the veins in the leaf, but I guess everyone else just wants to tell you the answer.

Marijuana seeds are dicots (termed because they have 2 cotyledons).

Dicot. It is class magnoliopsida. Monocots are class Monocotyledones. Included a wikipedia source but error 999, won't accept the source when I click submit, as they are overposted.

Its a dicot plant. As we can see Reticulate Venation in its leaves. Its leaves have net like structure of veins.
