why must one carefully distinguish the Ksp constant from the broad concept of solubility?

Ksp is simply the equilibrium constant K applied to solubility problems, but has nothing to do with the concept of solubility itself.
Besides, solubility can be used in many occasions and sciences, Ksp is chemistry specific.
