If you are good at math, consider being a double major with either Astronomy or Philosophy as the second major.

Getting a job in "Math" has a lot of meanings. There are teaching jobs, business jobs, scientific jobs.

Astronomy jobs will be a bit more limited to research, teaching and specific science projects.

Philosophy will not qualify you specifically for ANY job other than teaching philosophy.  While it is an interesting field.....there are many many people who major in it and do nothing.

I used to work with a philosophy major. He was a bank clerk and then left to become a flower delivery guy because that paid slightly better.

He was interesting but he made very little money.
