My experiement is "The effect of substrate concentration on enzyme"
My substrate is hydrogen peroxide and my enzymes are potatoes. Our teacher expects us to figure out our own procedure and everything!
Do you mind making me a procedure, thanks!

Measure out 20ml. each of hydrogen peroxide and fill 5 different test tubes .

Cut the potato into 5 cubes: 5mm square, 10 mm square, all the way to 25mm square.

Mark each test tube with their concentration.

Place each potato square into the test tubes at the same time and record the time.

Time the bubbling and record the time when it stops.

Record the data and graph the results.
