I have to match the fallowing as an exercises:

A = Anabolism
B = Catabolism
C = Metabolism

1) Decomposition reactions
2) All the chemical activity of the cell or organism
3) Synthesis reactions
4) Gives off Hydrogens or electrons
5) Requires the input of energy

Thanks for matching these for me! I was out sick the day we learned this in class so if you could say way you've matched them or put a link to a web sit that explains it a bit that would be doubly awesome!

Metabolism is ALL of the reactions that go on in cells or organisms. The two parts of metabolism are catabolism which breaks molecules down into smaller parts. Catabolism releases energy and gives off electrons or hydrogens. Anabolism requires the input of energy and builds up new molecules from smaller pieces.

That quick summary should help you answer the questions.
