latoratory part of cell biology , we are working on the enzyme . we using lactase as enzyme to break lactose break , we are look for the effect of temperature and pH the enzyme and reaction

Increasing the temperature increasing enzyme activity, and vice versa. A decrease in temperature slows down the enzyme, in other words, the amount of product formed. Similarly, the more acidic the environment, the less  likely the enzyme will function as it should. Hope this helps.
