The following are descriptions of some tissues with specialized functions as described.  Indicate what types of cell-to-cell junctions probably hold these cells togther, and why.

A. Smooth muscle surround the digestive tract. The muscles must contract in synchrony to create the peristaltic movements that propel the contents through the intestine

B.  The smoothe muscles of the uterus must withstand extreme stretching during pregnacy without tearing

I think this one is desmosomes because they specialize in cell adhesion

C. The skin of a frog actively transports salts from the environment into the body, creating an osmotic and electrical gradient between inside of the animal and the pond water

I this one i got Gap junctions

Can someone help me

Uterus has gap junctions for stretch and contractions.
As the time of birth approaches, gap junctions between the smooth muscle cells of the uterus enable coordinated, powerful contractions to begin.
