In exponential form, we have 6.023 * 10**23 pennies
divided by 1.3 * 10**8 residents.
6.023 * 10**23 / 1.3 * 10**8 = 4.633 * 10**15 pennies or 4.633 * 10**13 dollars
per person. That is 46 trillion 330 billion dollars per person.
