I don't think it's A or D.

Would say either B or C.

Red marrow is bone marrow of children and some adult bones that is required for the formation of red blood cells; found mainly in the flat bones, such as the pelvis, sternum, cranium, ribs, vertebrae and scapulae, and in the spongy bone at the epiphyseal ends of long bones such as the femur and humerus.
