As a teacher, you learn that a student with Asperger syndrome will be joining your class. You should expect that the student will probably:
A) be able to handle most normal classroom assignments but have poor social skills.
B) have poor fine-motor skills, as evidenced in poor handwriting and difficulty in picking up and handling small objects.
C) learn new material effectively only if given many opportunities to practice and apply the material.
D) have marked deficits in reading and writing skills.
