Secretary of State Colin Powell famously said of the invasion of Iraq, You break it, you own it.. What did he mean?
 
  a. There would be no way to fix the problems in Iraq, so why try?
  b. The decision to invade Iraq was one he could not support.
  c. The U.S. was taking a risk with great financial costs.
  d. If the U.S. invaded Iraq, it should be prepared to make that country a U.S. colony.
  e. Once the U.S. invaded and occupied such an unstable and divided nation, it would be hard to withdraw.
