  a) upheld Congressional restrictions on the content of art works receiving government grants; b) overturned Congressional restrictions on the content of works receiving government money; c) abolished government grants for the arts; d) ordered Congress to provide more money for grants for the arts; e) held that a performance artists work was legally obscene.
