Iknow that GLucose would have more energy as it is the end product.

But between H20 and Co2 how to distinguish which one has more energy.

Glucose has more energy than the two; I'm definitely sure about that. I've always learned that the more carbon-carbon bonds there are, the more energy it has stored. That said, I would say CO2. What is your rationale?
