sin 3pi/10 = sin (pi - 3pi/10) = sin 7pi/10

-cos 8pi/7 = sin (3pi/2 + 8pi/7) = sin 37pi/14 = sin 9pi/14

sin(x+3?/2)
= sinxcos3?/2 + sin3?/2cosx
= sinx*0 + -1*cosx
= -cosx
            using this


I hope you can now solve the last part yourself.
