Hello everyone Slight Smile

I need to write a laboratory log. This is the first time I do this and I do not even know what it is or how we're supposed to write it. Could anyone please help Frowning Face and if possible show a sample?

I will send you samples of mine, but every time you do a lab, you write an introduction, materials/methods, results, and discussion. It also needs to contain a table of contents for all the different labs you did. See the diagrams below:
