Aripiprazole (Abilify) has been called a third-generation antipsychotic. What is a major difference in its pharmacological profile from that of 1st and 2nd generation antipsychotic drugs?
 
  a. Abilify blocks 5-HT2A receptors, whereas 1st and 2nd generation antipsychotic drugs act as agonists at 5-HT2A receptors
