A person is hemorrhaging. Direct pressure does not stop the bleeding. What should you do?
 
  a. Give the person fluids.
  b. Start CPR.
  c. Apply pressure to the artery above the bleeding site.
  d. Apply pressure to the artery below the bleeding site.
