The main sources of starch include grains, roots, bulbs, legumes, tubers, and seeds. Skin, stalks, leaves, and pulp of vegetables and the skin and pulp of fruits are all sources of fiber. Milk, yogurt, hard cheese, and calcium-fortified orange juice are sources of dietary calcium. Sugar beets, sugar cane, and maple syrup are sources of sucrose.
