A nursing student with a documented learning disability requires special testing accommodations: a quiet environment, computerized reading software to audibly read the test, and twice the amount of testing time.

When applying to take the NCLEX-PN, the student should:
  A) call the list of available testing centers to determine if the facility is able to meet the special testing needs.
  B) complete the application and provide documented supporting evidence when requesting accommodations for testing.
  C) request special testing needs and provide the necessary accommodation software and equipment during examination.
  D) complete the application knowing the school of nursing will forward the documentation regarding the special testing needs.
