Chargaff's rule states that
a) nucleotides are present in equal amounts and always appear in chains in a constant sequence
b) The amount of A=T in any sample of DNA is always approximately equal to the amount on C(3bond)G
c) proteins, rather than DNA nucleotides, govern heredity and are in a constant amount in cells of an individual
d) the amount of thymine in any sample of DNA is always approximately equal to the amount of adenine
