Chien is a registered nurse. Donald, the doctor who runs the clinic where she worked, repeatedly asked Chien out despite the fact that she always refused. Donald then began finding ways to rub up against Chien in the clinic hallways. When Chien confronted Donald about his behavior, he reacted angrily and accused her of being a troublemaker. One week later Chien was fired, allegedly for a medication error that was actually due to Donald's poor documentation. Chien _________
