In 2009, Burger's experiment replicating Milgram's obedience studies found
 
  a. people now do not give into obedience pressures.
  b. only about 30 of participants would continue to shock someone at the maximum of 150 volts.
  c. since no one was actually being shocked, the volt level could be the same as in Milgram's studies without any ethical concerns.
  d. 70 of participants continued to shock the learner despite hearing cries of anguish.
