If an employer wanted to prevent employees, who might be dissatisfied with a new policy, from developing even stronger negative attitudes towards this policy, what could he do?
 
  a. Encourage employees to discuss the new policy with one another.
  b. Allow employees to express their frustrations with the policy.
  c. Try to prevent the employees from discussing the new policy with one another.
  d. Provide incentives for good performance.
