Why is it that people do not necessarily make attributions as Kelley's covariation model predicts?
 
  a. People tend to use controlled processes to make attributions.
  b. People usually aren't paying close enough attention to form an impression.
  c. People do not always have the relevant information they need.
  d. People base attributions more on stereotypes than anything else.
