If all five health-related components are assessed in one session, ACSM recommends the following order:
 
  A) flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, body composition, cardiorespiratory endurance.
  B) cardiorespiratory endurance, body composition, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance.
  C) body composition, cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility.
  D) body composition, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance.
  E) muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, body composition, cardiorespiratory endurance.
