Once you are viewing a specimen using the 40x objective, which of the following should you NOT do?
 A) use the fine focus knob
 B) use the coarse focus knob
 C) change the light setting
 D) carefully center the specimen before changing objectives

I know it isn't D for sure. And I believe it isn't C, because when you change the magnification you sometimes need to adjust the light to see it better.
So I am between A and B.
