When a manager engages in a consultative decision-making process and wants to limit the amount of participation and input she will allow, she will:
 
  a. Engage in a process that closely resembles consensus decision making
  b. Agree to not implement a proposed decision she has offered until each member of the group agrees that he or she can support it
  c. Implement a decision that may not be supported by some members of the group
  d. Tell the group of the decision she is inclined to make that also appears consistent with the input provided by the group
