The body responds to the fight-or-flight situation by increasing glucose, not decreasing glucose.
After a traumatic injury, the sympathetic nervous system would be stimulated, which would cause an increase in the heart rate, not a decrease.
After a traumatic injury, the sympathetic nervous system would be stimulated, which would cause an increase in respirations, above the normal 12 to 16 breaths/minute.
